ELIGIBILITY: Each contest starts on the first of every month at 12am EST and ends on the last calendar day of each month
at 11:59pm EST. Open to all legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or over.
Employees, Contractors or Sub-contractors of Road Trip Journal and their families are not eligible to win. Surveys must
be fully completed to be eligible. Winners will be notified by email.
RANDOM DRAWING: A random drawing to select winners will be held within the first week of each month from all eligible
entries received. Decisions of judges are final and binding. Prizes will be awarded in numeric order: first name
chosen wins prize #1, second name chosen wins prize #2. Entries are limited to one per person or email address.
Duplicate entries will be disqualified. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received during
the time period described above.
CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: Winner may forfeit prize if Sponsor is unable to contact him/her by the end of the calendar month in which they were first contacted. An alternate winner will not be chosen. Sponsor reserves the right to
substitute prizes for an item of equal or greater value. The prize is awarded without warranty of any kind from
Sponsor, express or implied, without limitation. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Entrants
agree to be bound by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding
on all matters pertaining to this Giveaway. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its
agencies to use winner's first name, last initial & state for advertising and promotional purposes without additional
compensation, unless prohibited by law. By entering, participants agree to hold Sponsor, its parents, affiliates,
subsidiaries and their respective directors, officers, employees and assigns harmless for any injury or damage caused
or claimed to be caused by participation in the Giveaway, even if caused or contributed to by the negligence of
Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the publication of the offer, administration
of the Giveaway or in the announcement of the prize. Only two prizes will be awarded every month. In the event of any
technical errors occur in the selection of winner and more prizes are claimed than the number of prizes being awarded as
provided herein, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize by random drawing from among all eligible claimants.
INTERNET: Sponsor is not responsible for electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion,
defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry
materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions or
limitations of any kind, or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor or presenter
on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site or any combination thereof.
If for any reason the Internet portion of the program is not capable of running as planned, including infection by
computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which
corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Giveaway, Sponsor
reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway. Sponsor reserves
the right to select the winners from eligible entries received as of the termination date. Sponsor further reserves
the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process. Caution: Any attempt by an entrant to
deliberately damage any Web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway is a violation of criminal and
civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such entrant to the
fullest extent of the law.
